Three exchange trips to Kenya have been made in the last 2 years. In 2004-2005, more than 1,000 letters, art, banners and gifts from American, Italian and Mexican children participating in Jambo were delivered. Art and school supplies, donated by the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank, East Valley YMCA and the Instituto Comprensivo de Pantigliati in Italy, were also distributed, as well as toothpaste and toothbrushes provided by L.A. area dentists.
Jambo returned to schools in Ngiluni, Iviani and Mangelete that were original participants in 2003, and also traveled to new member schools in the Tsavo and Masai Mara areas. Click on images at right to view slide shows of the heart-warming images captured during this trip.

Letters from Kenya
Also in 2003, Raval Media joined Jambo in sponsoring a field trip, taking 200 children into Tsavo National Park. Most of the children had never been to the Park, and it was their first chance to see and experience the wonderful animals that are an important part of their heritage.
